Online Personal Training, based on osteopathic principles
One of the greatest challenges that modern people face is attempting to live their lives while in chronic pain. Migraines, insomnia, anxiety, G.I. issues, plantar fasciitis, ankle, knee, hip, back, chest, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and neck pain. The list goes on and on.
Ignore chronic pain for long enough, and it will get to the point where it becomes impossible to effectively focus your attention on anything creative or constructive for you and your loved ones in the long-term.
The solution: create a way to analyze an individual's core function, mobility, stability and vitality as well as capture their detailed health history and then use the information to create a program that you can deliver to them over their phone or through their computer so they have the exact prescription of movements that will optimize their fitness and alleviate chronic pain.
Then, scale it so they can execute their routines at home, at the gym, and on vacation.
Finally, have the programming evolve with the individual. As they make progress every month the program changes along with them and continues to challenge them.

There is a lot of online personal training out there on the internet. What makes Ascension Training unique is that you receive a free assessment from a areal trainer, not a computer algorithm.
The programming is based on osteopathic principles backed by my personal experience in functional rehabilitative training.
Your training programming consists of video content from a library of over 700 videos featuring myself and other actual trainers demonstrating perfect form along with detailed cues (not fitness models making it look pretty).

You see, due to the excessive sitting in our modern culture. the ability to activate the muscles of the lower core and stabilize the lumbar spine is absent in roughly 90% of the population.
By simply doing these basic low core activation movements daily and progressing through the levels described in the video, it will help you build a solid foundation for whatever fitness goals you would like to achieve in the future.
Here is another suggestion: add a 30 minute walk, preferably in nature, to your every day routine.
Together, attaining low core stability and walking for 30 minutes daily will change your life. Most people have trouble believing that it could be that simple, but it is.
